A few kind words from my clients.

“When life knocks you down, it’s ok to take a moment to catch your breath and gather your strength. But don’t stay down for too long because the world needs your light. You are a beacon of hope, a source of inspiration and a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is still beauty to be found. So get back up, dust yourself off and keep shinning. Your resilience is a testament to the human spirit and your courage is a guiding light for those who may be lost in the darkness. Keep moving forward and know that you are loved, you are valued, and you are making a difference in this world.” ~ Morgan Freeman

“This is a testimonial that I want to write because Valentine is an amazing trainer, treating clients like me.  Her methods of training are fresh and innovative.  She gets her clients to express their needs so that she’s able to meet those needs. I personally benefitted from her approach.”

“You make a difference. You’ve got a real way with people. You give your best and help others be their best. That makes people around you feel pretty lucky and very grateful. You are a terrific trainer. Thank you for all you have done to help me and being so kind and caring.”

“Valentine, I want to thank you again for all that you did for me and I’m so much better as a result. You did a great job and you are wonderful. Thanks again and may the Lord Bless you and your family abundantly.

I had major lumbar reconstruction surgery on March 2, 2023. Prior to surgery, I had significant atrophy in both lower legs resultant from severe Lumbar Stenosis. My balance was poor, my limping gate was dangerous and by the time I got out of the hospital, the rehab hospital and home healthcare, I was still significantly impaired.

Working with Valentiine Antal for six weeks helped me significantly. My balance has improved significantly, I am developing new muscle where it had formerly been totally atrophied and I am visibly more stable in my walking.
I have developed new strength in my ankles and feet and feel much more confident in daily activities. I expect to back to serious biking and swimming soon. She’s no push-over. Val put me through a rigorous and thorough workout at every visit. She challenged me to do more every time. She created custom exercises and balance work specifically for me. I felt safe at all times.
Valentine Antal is a competent trainer. Intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable. Always upbeat, we laughed and struggled together. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their physical capabilities following any debilitating incident, surgery or disease.

“Val has been absolutely wonderful. My whole situation has been very difficult and draining for me but Val keeps pushing me further and further to points I’d never thought id be able to reach this early in my recovery. Without her I would not be where I am today…”

“You are so deserving of my deepest gratitude…you have been so kind to me throughout my rehab. You affirmed me from the start and encouraged me to push myself to try more. You celebrated my success, however small they seemed to be! You always appeared HAPPY to see me which just fed my soul. I was so nourished by your kindness that it was hard to leave to return north as you know. This winter, you allowed me to blossom. Thank you for your immense gift of your care. Wishing you the best always.”

During the winter of ‘22-‘23, I saw Val twice a week. We worked on strength , balance and endurance. I improved greatly in all three. I would highly recommend Valentine.
